Job summary

TONG LEI ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to coordinate construction activities, review plans, and manage cost estimates for tender processes. You will liaise with site managers, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring accurate quantities and competitive pricing.

The role requires at least 2 years in building construction, strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel to various sites will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Min relevant Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Building Construction.
• Good team player, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive work attitude.
• Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Contacting and liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Conducting market research and interpreting market information.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Preparing cost estimates and developing budget plans for tender.
• Providing full assistance and support to the Company’s Projects team.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders; and
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
