Job summary

KIAN YEO BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Tendering professional in Singapore to prepare BQ and costing for project tender submissions.

The role requires understanding tenders, scope, pricing schedules and non-material requirements, with a preference for Design & Build tenders. Ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the manager. The candidate should hold a Diploma in Electrical and/or Mechanical Works and be able to work independently, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
