Job summary

STA PHARMACEUTICAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Tuas, Singapore, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in commercial management, cost control, and contract administration to lead cost control on multiple projects. You will manage variations, tendering, and payment processes.

The role requires 10+ years in quantity surveying, leadership, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong MS Office proficiency is expected to support project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Strong expertise in commercial management, cost control, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and focus on profitability and business success.

• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to project requirements and local building & construction regulations
• Support the evaluation and communication of project variations

• Assist with contract administration and settlement of contractual disputes

Requirements:
