Job summary

Cyrus Technology (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a QC Inspector to perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and CP/CPK measurements on moulded parts, validate samples submitted by engineering, and establish measurement work instructions.

You will train QC inspectors, verify tool changes and dimensions after tool modifications, and interpret mechanical drawings with basic GD&T knowledge; candidates need 2+ years in plastics injection moulding and experience with CMM/Smart Scope.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role (preferably in Plastic Injection Moulding Industry).
• Experience in using QC inspection tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Smart Scope etc
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Good work attitude & interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a good learning
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Able to interpret mechanical drawings and basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Detail oriented for data accuracy.
