Job summary

JEP ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a QA/QC technician to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards and to oversee inspections throughout production, with authority to stop processes when nonconformances are observed.

You will perform final inspections, prepare QA reports, raise NCRs for nonconforming products, and maintain meticulous records. The role requires strong GD&T knowledge, precision measurement skills, and collaboration across teams to sustain customer-focused quality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in GD&T interpretation and tolerance analysis.
• Ability to analyse CMM measurement data and extract meaningful insights.
• Strong skill in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, profile projectors, etc.).
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.

• Dispose of waste generated in a proper manner

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

• Experience using Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) software.

• Ability to analyse and interpret CMM measurement data.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

• Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometres, profile projectors, and other inspection equipment.

• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
