Job summary

SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent QA/Manufacturing supporter in Singapore to uphold quality processes on the production line. You will read drawings, wire lists, and BOMs, and install pre-labeled harnesses as per Work Instructions.

You will perform basic visual inspections, document findings in the Quality Checklists and Inspection Data Base, and coordinate with teams to resolve quality concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Familiar with quality processes and procedures.
• Able to follow work instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to Quality processes
• Read drawings, wire lists and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Install pre-labeled harnesses using Work Instructions
• Perform basic visual inspection, verify proper torque (when needed), and apply proper torque marks (when needed)
• Fill out Quality Checklists and the Inspection Data Base
• Respond to Production Line calls for Quality concerns or needs
• Identify deficiencies, record them properly, and request Rework as needed
• Follow up with the appropriate channels when concerns are identified
• Communicate with other team members to solve problems
