NPI SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a diligent Quality Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality checks on components used in assembled jobs. You will provide inspection findings to team leads and support final verification prior to job approval and receipt.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, plus 2–3 years in manufacturing. You will assist with DMR/CAR, prepare checklists, and mentor new hires while ensuring safe,

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of inspection techniques, tools and equipment used in inspection and testing of cable, harness and electro-mechanical assemblies.

Aufgaben

• Execute Incoming Quality Check, Quality In-Process and Outgoing Quality Check per assigned task.
• Provide Job status and inspection report findings to Team Leads/Management.
• Support in final verification prior to job approval and job receipt.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and mentor new hires.
• Assist in generating checklists for FA projects and sustaining projects.
• Support in preparation and issuance of related DMR/CAR.
• Communicate Quality Alerts when applicable.
• Perform complete FA dimensional checks.
• Assist with Supplier Site source inspection, Audit and Report documentation.
• Be mechanically inclined and hands-on.
• Produce quality work on time and ensure adherence to inline quality protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including minor touch up/repair works.

Summary

Supporting final inspection verification process improvement initiative, perform inspections, checks, tests, and inspection of incoming materials, parts and components used in the assembled jobs.

Responsibilities

• Performing other duties as assigned, including minor touch up/ repair works as needed.
• Willing to be trained in the following areas: reading drawing, inspection techniques, quality methodologies, and use of inspection apparatus and testing equipment.
• Use appropriate forms transactions such as Incoming/ Outgoing Checklist, Parts Replacement Form, Torque Check Form, etc
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Sustain a safe and clean working environment.

Pre-requisites

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 2 - 3 years’ hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry
• Possess working knowledge of inspection techniques, tools and equipment used in the inspection and testing of cable, harness, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
