Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in Facilities Management, Workplace Operations, Quality Systems, Compliance, Corporate Governance, EHS or related functions.
• Experience in multinational corporate or technology‑driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, including audit preparation, documentation control, compliance monitoring and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing facilities operations, workplace services and outsourced service providers.
• Exposure to business continuity planning, risk management, sustainability initiatives or governance programs.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong vendor management and supplier performance management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
