This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of facility infrastructure while supporting site growth and operational excellence.The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, support infrastructure expansion projects, drive digitalization initiatives, and achieve site, departmental, and corporate objectives.# # **Key Responsibilities**Safety, Compliance & Reliability* Champion environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance across all facility operations.* Conduct risk assessments and promote a culture of safety and operational discipline.* Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to eliminate single points of failure and improve system resilience.* Lead post-incident reviews and implement corrective and preventive actions for system abnormalities. Engineering & Maintenance* Lead the commissioning, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical facility systems.* Provide technical support for complex operational issues and production interruptions.* Apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why analysis to identify root causes and drive sustainable solutions.* Maintain system performance, reliability, and equipment history records to support continuous improvement. Projects & Capacity Planning* Lead or support infrastructure upgrades, expansion projects, and quality improvement initiatives.* Review scope, schedule, and cost estimates while providing engineering oversight during design and construction phases.* Perform capacity planning and system performance analysis to support future manufacturing growth and production demand.
