Job summary

GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a QC/QA technician to perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections in a precision engineering environment. You will operate CMM and other measurement equipment, read GD&T drawings, and document results in Excel.

Responsibilities include raising NCRs, coordinating with Engineering/Production, and creating work instructions. A 1-year QA/QC background and relevant Mechanical Engineering certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum NTC 3 certificate or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
• At least 1 year QA/QC experience in precision manufacturing.
• Able to read technical drawings with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Operate CMM and other measurement equipment.
• Raise NCRs for non-conformances and coordinate with Engineering/Production.
• Compile inspection reports using Excel.
• Create Work Instructions using Word; perform 5S and ad hoc duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection (Production & FA) to require compliance with customer specification.
• Move completed inspected parts to the next operation to ensure parts flow according to routing.
• Raise NCR for non-conformance found and record rejection.
• Perform Quality Check for incoming, outgoing and in-process
• Responsible for operating CMM, Visual Inspection and other measurement equipment
• Issue Reject Material Report and review with Engineering / Production when non-conformance found
• Compile out-going inspection report (software: Excel)
• Create Work Instruction (software: Words)
• Perform 5S and ad hoc duties as requested

Position Requirements

• Minimum NTC 3 or certificates in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1 year of QC / QA experience in precision engineering manufacturing environment
• Able to read technical drawings with GD&T requirements, knowledgeable in MS Excel and work experience in GD&T and CMM
