Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or inspection within manufacturing.
• Experience in quality auditing/quality assurance in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, inspection protocols, and quality manuals.
• Ensure documents comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and internal policies.
• Maintain document control systems with versioning and archival of obsolete documents.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production to gather and validate inputs.
• Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external audits.
• Conduct periodic reviews of documentation practices to identify improvements.
• Train staff on documentation standards.
• Assist CAPA implementation related to documentation issues.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements and measure impact.

The Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for managing and improving quality documentation systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, inspection protocols, and quality manuals.
• Ensure all documents comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Maintain document control systems, ensuring version control and proper archival of obsolete documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Engineering, Production) to gather and validate documentation inputs.
• Conduct internal and external audits by preparing and organizing required documentation.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of documentation practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train staff on documentation standards and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to documentation issues.
• Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Measure the impact of improvements and adjust strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance or inspection role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in quality auditing, quality assurance, or similar roles within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and present findings to various levels of management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions tailored to the needs of machinery manufacturing.
• Familiarity with machining processes, CNC technologies, and machine tool operations is highly advantageous.
