You will confirm orders, monitor deliveries, coordinate with internal teams, track WIP, maintain stock in real time, and release assembly parts for assembly and shipment. • 1. Sub-con order confirmation and follow up for tooling production middle process.
• 2. Sub-con delivery monitoring and expediting for tooling production middle process.
• 3. Coordination with internal teams and sub-con.
• 4. WIP Tracking and discrepancy resolution.
• 5. System real time stock maintenance.
• 6. Assembly parts release and distribute parts to assembler.
• 7. Assembly parts closing for shipment processing.
• 8. Assembly shipment list arrangement.
• 9. Issue resolution.
• 10. Documentation and record keeping
