VDL ETG Singapore invites you to join as a Quality Excellence Engineer, driving continuous improvement across operations in Singapore. You will deploy quality strategies, lead data‑driven problem solving, and foster a culture of quality excellence.

You will execute Lean Six Sigma projects, analyse KPIs, conduct process assessments, support training, and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry requirements in a manufacturing/precision engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, SPC, 8D, and RCA tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel; Minitab a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and RCA tools.
• Analyze quality data, monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct process assessments and support implementation of enhancements.
• Track and report quality performance and improvement actions.
• Support development and delivery of quality training programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiative.
