Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering to join our team in Singapore.

The role focuses on analyzing test data, identifying potential product weaknesses, and preparing detailed reports for cross-functional review. You will collaborate with quality, yield, engineering, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement in semiconductor filter reliability and testing procedures.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any engineering related field.
• Basic knowledge of 8D, 5 Why analysis and QC tools.
• Basic statistical knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Take positive actions with self-discipline.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret test data to identify potential product weaknesses and failure modes.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in improvement activities (quality, yield, engineering, operation, IATF, etc.).
• Plan, develop and execute ongoing reliability testing procedures for semiconductor filters, including stress testing and accelerated life testing.
• Assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as GMPs and ISO regulations.
• Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.
