Job summary

Activate is a leading technology consultancy based in Singapore, delivering mobile, web, and cloud solutions. We’re seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure software reliability, automate tests, and drive continuous quality improvements across lifecycle.

The role involves collaborating with product and development teams in an agile, DevOps-driven environment, maintaining regression suites, and expanding coverage to include security and performance testing where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and executing test cases, plans, and suites.
• Hands-on testing for web, mobile, and API services.
• Cross-browser, cross-platform, responsive UI testing.

Responsibilities

• Define clear user story acceptance criteria with Product Owners and BAs.
• Ensure automated test coverage and prevent defects in production.
• Design and execute comprehensive test suites (functional, regression, exploratory, performance).
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks; integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead system integration testing and oversee UAT with stakeholders.
