Job summary

Coilcraft Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our team based in Bintan. In this full-time role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of manufacturing processes and products, working closely with production to identify and resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

You will implement quality plans, analyse data, conduct audits, provide training, and maintain detailed records, with a relocation package and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, QA, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, SPC, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in quality control tools and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to be permanently based in Bintan.

About the role

Coilcraft Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our team based Bintan. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes and products. As a Quality Engineer, you will work closely with our production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure our operations adhere to the highest industry standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing quality control plans, including inspections, testing, and monitoring procedures
• Analysing quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to prevent defects
• Collaborating with production teams to investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements
• Providing technical support and training to production staff on quality control best practices
• Documenting quality-related processes and maintaining detailed records
• Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industryStrong understanding of quality management principles, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing techniques
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software, such as SPC, Lean Six Sigma, and quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally
• Willing to be permanently based in Bintan.
