Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a Quality Engineer to conduct FAI and dimensional inspections on moulded plastic components, ensuring product quality and process performance.

The role requires hands-on operation of CMM/SmartScope, CP/CPK analyses, and review of NPI samples, with a focus on GD&T interpretation and ISO compliance. Salary is up to SGD 4,200 per month, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule at Loyang Lane.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience with ISO quality management systems and NPI processes.
• Hands-on measurement with CMM/SmartScope for plastic components.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and GD&T basics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FAI and dimensional inspections on moulded plastic components.
• Perform CP/CPK studies and measurements to assess quality and process performance.
• Review and verify engineering sample submissions for moulding validation and NPI.
• Develop measurement methods and work instructions for inspections.
• Operate CMM and SmartScope to measure plastic components.
• Train QC Inspectors on measurement techniques and equipment.
• Verify tooling changes and inspect dimensions after modifications.
• Ensure inspections comply with ISO standards and procedures.
