Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. Loyang, Singapore is seeking a Quality Engineer to perform dimensional inspections on plastic components, conduct FAI, and support NPI activities.

You will operate CMM/SmartScope, interpret drawings, and develop inspection procedures to uphold ISO-compliant quality standards. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in quality engineering, experience with ISO QMS, and hands-on CMM/SmartScope experience on plastics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in quality engineering or production quality control.
• Experience with ISO QMS and NPI process knowledge.
• Hands-on use of CMM/SmartScope for dimensional inspection; plastic components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and dimensional measurements on plastic components.
• Conduct FAI and evaluate process capability using CP/CPK.
• Operate CMM and SmartScope to verify product dimensions.
• Review drawings and select measurement methods for parts.
• Support NPI activities, including sample evaluation and moulding validation.
• Develop measurement procedures and work instructions for consistency.
• Verify dimensions after tooling changes and process adjustments.
• Collaborate with engineering/production to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality requirements.
