Job summary

Liberty in Asia Pacific is seeking a Quality Analyst Lead in Singapore to define and drive QA strategy across application delivery and modernization in the insurance tech space. You will lead test planning, execution, automation, and governance to improve release confidence.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, Engineering and Vendors, promoting AI-driven test automation and ensuring regulatory and risk compliance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications in testing or quality assurance preferred, such as Agile testing, automation/tools certifications.
• AI/ML-enabled testing experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on automation with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quality strategy across projects, enhancements, releases, and production fixes.
• Drive AI-led automation testing adoption to improve coverage, speed, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Engineering and Vendors on test requirements.
• Promote test coverage for insurance workflows and ensure regulatory, audit and risk compliance.
• Embed testing into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps/engineering teams.
• Monitor defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time, and release readiness.
• Coach testers and vendor teams on quality practices.
