Job summary

TALENTS RECRUITER PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Quality Engineer to improve the quality management systems in the manufacturing or semiconductor sector. The role focuses on driving process and product quality improvements and supporting audits to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Six Sigma and IATF 16949/ISO standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer quality targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years’ of relevant experience
• Experience in Manufacturing / Semicon environment
• Experience in application of quality engineering tools, Six sigma, quality system implementation (IATF 16949/ ISO9000) will be added advantage
• Experience in reliability or failure analysis an added advantage
• Able to work well in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve the department and product total quality system to ensure product specifications are met.

• Respond on customer returns and drive for effective actions to address customer returns.
• Drive for achieve customer satisfaction and meeting targets in customer scorecard.
