Job summary

SILICON BOX is seeking an Associate Engineer, QA (Process Quality Control) to support the PQC team with accurate data entry, quality record maintenance, and documentation preparation for quality reports and gates.

The role involves coordinating with production and engineering to ensure accessible quality information for audits and customer requirements, with training provided on Quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, document control, or quality control support in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills for multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and maintain QC records, inspection reports, and test results.
• Organize and maintain quality documentation for manufactured products.
• Update and file quality control documents for easy retrieval and audits.
• Prepare certificates, inspection reports, and quality documents for customers and regulators.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to gather quality information for QC processes.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections.
• Maintain filing systems for quality records and accessibility.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the QC department.
• Coordinate work for Inspectors with Quality line leaders and Quality supervisor.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by reporting manager.
