Job summary

Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is offering an internship for students in Singapore to support AP Distribution, Logistics & Warehousing Quality (AP DL&WQ). You will assist with quality oversight, data collection, and dashboard maintenance while gaining hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical setting.

The role focuses on data analysis, reporting and process improvement, with exposure to GDP compliance and auditable activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing polytechnic or university degree in a related field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics or Data Science.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Interest in quality, warehousing and data analysis; ability to work in a cross‑functional environment.
• Good communication, organization and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support quality oversight activities.
• Collect and analyze data; maintain trackers, databases and dashboards.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation.
• Assist with Excel‑based reporting and investigations.
• Support GDP compliance and audit activities as required.
