Job summary

Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is offering an internship for students in Singapore to support AP Distribution, Logistics & Warehousing Quality (AP DL&WQ). You will assist with quality oversight, data collection, and dashboard maintenance while gaining hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical setting.

The role focuses on data analysis, reporting and process improvement, with exposure to GDP compliance and auditable activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing polytechnic or university degree in a related field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics or Data Science.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Interest in quality, warehousing and data analysis; ability to work in a cross‑functional environment.
• Good communication, organization and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Are you a motivated student with an interest in quality, logistics, warehousing, and data analysis? Join our AP Distribution, Logistics & Warehousing Quality (AP DL&WQ) team and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Job Scope

You will support the team in:

• Quality oversight activities
• Data collection and analysis
• Maintaining trackers, databases, and dashboards
• Preparing reports, presentations and other documentation
• Supporting Excel-based reporting
• Assisting with investigations, month-end reporting, and process improvement
• Supporting GDP compliance- and audit-related activities where required

What We’re Looking For

• Polytechnic or university students in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
