Job summary

MSD Malaysia in Singapore is looking for an Intern, D&L Trade Compliance Data Analyst to support the distribution and logistics team in data gathering and analytics. You will interact with the SCM team and work with external providers.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum diploma and be proficient in data analysis. Knowledge of air and ocean freight forwarding is an advantage. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and valuable experience in trade compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with complex data analysis.
• Knowledge in Air & Ocean Freight forwarding or Customs compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create standard templates for data collection.
• Work with external partners to collect and organize data.
• Audit freight forwarders’ documentation.
• Assist in monthly reporting for customs compliance data analysis.
