Job summary

The MARTINO AGENCY is seeking a detail-oriented quality control manager to ensure manufacturing lines run smoothly and outputs consistently meet quality and efficiency standards.

You will lead quality teams, implement procedures, monitor supplier materials, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines while coordinating with auditors and clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Gaining an understanding of the client's needs andrequirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the productionteams.
• Devising ways to improve the manufacturing processto ensure higher-quality goods.
• Devising, improving, and reviewing newspecifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff touse them.
• Setting the requirements for raw materials fromsuppliers and monitoring their compliance.
• Supervising inspectors, technicians, and otherstaff members and providing guidance.
• Ensuring legal obligations are followed andensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safetyguidelines.
• Overseeing product development procedures toidentify any deviations from quality standards.
• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to therequirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
• Keeping accurate documentation and performingstatistical analysis.
• Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings,submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

Qualifications:
