Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Control Executive to ensure food safety compliance and support ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and SFA documentation at the Boon Lay facility.

Working days are five, 9am–6pm, at Boon Lay. Salary ranges from SGD 2,300 to SGD 2,800 monthly. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in a chilly environment (10°C–15°C) are required, along with a Diploma in Food Science or Food Technology or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work in a chilly environment (10°C–15°C).
• Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent.
• Familiar with local and international food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the food manufacturing process comply with food safety standards, specifications, and government and industry regulations.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and SFA documentation and standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of production processes to ensure regulatory compliance and perform in-process checks on products.
• Support regulatory inspection, customer audits and visits and follow-up with corrective action and documents as necessary.
• Responsible for reporting any non-conformance of products/process and timely reporting to the Executive/Manager.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
