Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC professional to oversee construction site quality. You will ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and safety and drive quality control processes across active projects.

You will develop quality plans, conduct material and workmanship inspections, review contractor submissions, and maintain detailed quality records. The role requires coordinating with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve issues and support

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection plans and QA/QC procedures.
• Carry out inspections of materials, fabrication works and construction activities.
• Review contractor submissions, certifications and quality documentation.
• Record inspection results, identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Support mock-up inspections, trade demonstrations and quality audits.
• Maintain project quality records and update inspection forms and workflows in Novade.
• Work with the HQ QA/QC team to improve quality procedures and documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement and compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
