Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated QA/QC professional to oversee construction site inspections, review technical submissions, and ensure compliance with project drawings and quality standards.

You will develop and maintain QA/QC plans, manage inspection records, and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers, subcontractors, and the head office QA/QC team to keep project schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project experience.
• Familiarity with Novade, Navisworks, and ACC is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, productivity, work sequencing, and project schedules.
• Strong attention to detail, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction site and fabrication inspections to ensure compliance with project specs, drawings, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, QA/QC plans, inspection procedures, and ITPs.
• Inspect materials, fabrication works, mock-ups, and completed deliverables.
• Review supplier and subcontractor documentation, certifications, and technical submissions.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, audit schedules, and technical documentation.
• Identify and report non-conformances and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support trade demonstrations, mock-up inspections, and quality verification activities.
• Review IMS forms for the Novade platform and coordinate implementation with HQ QA/QC.
• Review contractor submissions and ensure QA/QC procedures are documented in project workflows.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.

• Inspect materials, fabrication works, mock-ups, and completed deliverables.
• Review supplier and subcontractor documentation, certifications, and technical submissions.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, audit schedules, and technical documentation.
• Identify and report non-conformances and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support trade demonstrations, mock-up inspections, and quality verification activities.
• Review and adapt IMS forms for the Novade platform and coordinate implementation with the head office QA/QC team.
• Review contractor submissions and ensure QA/QC procedures are properly documented in project workflows.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and support project schedules.
• Monitor compliance with applicable workplace safety and health procedures.
• Recommend improvements to quality management systems and inspection workflows.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
