Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to conduct site and fabrication inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

You will develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, review supplier documentation, and coordinate corrective actions with the head office QA/QC team. Familiarity with Novade, Navisworks, and ACC is an advantage; 5+ years of construction project experience required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project experience.
• Familiarity with Novade, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, productivity, work sequencing, and project schedules.

• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, audit schedules, and technical documentation.
• Identify and report non-conformances and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support trade demonstrations, mock-up inspections, and quality verification activities.
• Review and adapt IMS forms for the Novade platform and coordinate implementation with the head office QA/QC team.
• Review contractor submissions and ensure QA/QC procedures are properly documented in project workflows.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and support project schedules.
• Monitor compliance with applicable workplace safety and health procedures.
• Recommend improvements to quality management systems and inspection workflows.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements
