The role requires welding inspection certification, 3+ years in quality management, and strong communication to coordinate with project teams and ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• More than 3 years of quality management experience in MEP quality management-related work.
• Familiar with the processes, materials, equipment, standards and specifications related to MEP engineering.
• Possess welding inspection qualification certificate.

Responsabilités

• Formulate and implement quality plans for the project to ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Inspect and accept materials and equipment used in the project to meet specifications.
• Supervise the construction process to ensure works align with design drawings and technical specs.
• Organize and conduct quality acceptance processes, system tests and commissioning activities, including non-destructive and pressure testing.
• Analyze and handle non-conforming products and track improvement actions.
• Organize and archive project documents such as drawings, specifications and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with the project team, engineers and construction personnel to ensure smooth project progress.

Location: Woodlands

Job scope:

1. Formulate and Implement Quality Plans: Responsible for formulating and implementing the quality plans of the project to ensure that all activities comply with relevant standards and specifications.

2. Material and Equipment Acceptance: Inspect and accept the materials and equipment used in the project to ensure they meet the specification requirements.

3. Construction Process Supervision: Supervise the construction process of the project to ensure it is carried out in accordance with the design drawings and technical specifications.

4. Quality Inspection and Testing: Organize and implement various quality acceptance processes, system tests, and system commissioning witness activities, including non-destructive testing, pressure testing, air tightness testing, etc., to ensure the system meets the predetermined performance indicators.

5. Non-Conforming Product Control: Be responsible for analyzing and handling non-conforming products, and tracking the implementation of improvement measures.

6. Document Management: Be responsible for organizing and archiving project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, inspection reports, etc.

7. Coordination and Communication: Communicate and coordinate with the project team, engineers, construction personnel, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with the processes, materials, equipment, standards and specifications related to MEP engineering

2. Master quality management systems and methods; possess good communication and coordination skills

3. Bachelor's degree or above

4. More than 3 years of quality management experience in MEP quality management-related work
