Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Engineer in Woodlands, Singapore. The role requires 1-3 years of QA/QC experience, with responsibilities including inspections, data documentation, and supplier quality follow-up.

Working days are 5.5 days per week, with shifts 8:30am-5:30pm or 8:30am-12:30pm. Salary ranges SGD 2,500 to SGD 4,000 per month. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Engineering or related field and have familiarity with QMS and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of QA/QC, inspection, testing, manufacturing or engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in QA/QC, QMS, ISO, inspection or material testing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work and materials meet or exceed contract specifications and the Organization's standard.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections and testing on products, materials, components, and parts.
• Document, monitor, track, and submit measured data and test results.
• Coordinate, schedule, and perform QA/QC inspections.
• Monitor daily inspection activities and materials delivered to the factory.
• Review special inspections and material testing performed by third parties.
• Identify, record, and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
• Follow up with suppliers on quality issues, discrepancies, and non-conforming materials.
• Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
• Perform and consolidate reports for CBAM, PFAS, RoHS, and REACH compliance.
• Maintain quality records in accordance with QMS, ISO, customer, and applicable standards.
