Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Woodlands, Singapore is seeking a Quality Engineer to perform QA/QC inspections, testing, and documentation. You will ensure materials meet contract specifications, coordinate inspections, and maintain ISO/QMS compliant records. 5.5 days a week with standard 8.30am–5.30pm hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field is required.
• 1-3 years of QA/QC, inspection, testing, manufacturing, or engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in QA/QC, QMS, ISO, inspection, or material testing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work and materials meet contract specifications and standards.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections and testing.
• Document, monitor, and submit measured data and test results.
• Coordinate, schedule, and perform QA/QC inspections.
• Monitor daily inspection activities and materials delivered to the factory.
• Review special inspections and material testing by third parties.
• Identify, record, and report quality issues and non-conformities.
• Follow up with suppliers on quality issues and non-conforming materials.
• Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
• Consolidate reports for CBAM, PFAS, RoHS, and REACH compliance.
• Maintain quality records per QMS and ISO standards.

Full Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Woodlands

Working days: 5.5 days a week

Working time: 8.30am - 5.30pm; 8.30am - 12.30pm

Salary: $2,500 to $4,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work and materials meet or exceed contract specifications and the Organization's standard.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections and testing on products, materials, components, and parts.
• Document, monitor, track, and submit measured data and test results.
• Coordinate, schedule, and perform QA/QC inspections.
• Monitor daily inspection activities and materials delivered to the factory.
• Review special inspections and material testing performed by third parties.
• Identify, record, and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
• Follow up with suppliers on quality issues, discrepancies, and non-conforming materials.
• Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
• Perform and consolidate reports for CBAM, PFAS, RoHS, and REACH compliance.
• Maintain quality records in accordance with QMS, ISO, customer, and applicable standards.

Requirements:
