Job summary

MCI Career Services in Singapore is seeking a meticulous warehouse associate to support repackaging of cosmetics. You will check goods against references, pick/pack, document and file records, and assist in batch release under GMP rules.

The role requires basic English, simple math, and willingness to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays with PPE adherence and a tidy work environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to read/write simple English for work purposes.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct checks for incoming goods against customers’ references.
• Pick and pack jobs; perform goods release when matching references.
• Raise non-conformity reports for damages.
• Check correct materials picked for repackaging.
• Create work instructions for repackaging.
• Conduct in-process sampling.
• Check cargo against outgoing documents and ensure correct cargo for outbound.
• Check documents completed correctly and filed in order.
• Authorized person to perform Batch Release for repackaged cosmetic products per procedures; ensure GMP compliance.
• Ensure site is tidy, with clear signage and no mixing of cargo.
