Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a warehousing inspector with at least 1 year of experience to perform quality checks and material inspections. The role covers calibration tools, ERP-based inspections, and coordination with OPS packers and logistics staff.

The position offers a 5-day work week, potential night shift, and a basic salary up to SGD 3000 with a performance bonus. Proficiency in MS Office and a meticulous, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Nitec and above
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
• With 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment
• Able to adapt into a fast paced yet meticulous role
• Team player
• Willing to work OT on weekday and weekend, Min. 50% commitment of weekend.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality checking of calibration tools used by QC team to ensure quality standards
• Perform inspections including incoming raw materials, in-process crates, outbound inspections and others as required by customer
• Perform specific customer inspections using ERP
• Assist the supervisor to ensure accuracy of done reports by QC team during shift change
• Perform routine inspections such as incoming, in-process and outgoing based on customer’s specifications and drawings
• Perform inspection using digital forms (Kizeo) via IPAD
• Perform Y7 / Y8 under SAP for Non-conformance crates
• Coordinate and liaise with OPS packers, admin and logistic coordinators
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Executive or Manager
