Job summary

Saitech International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quality Checker to manage and support operations at our Tampines West warehouse. The role focuses on ensuring perfumes and cosmetics are correctly handled, labelled, quality-checked, and repacked to meet brand standards.

You will receive products, replace labels, conduct inspections, repack with care, maintain area cleanliness, follow safety protocols, report discrepancies, and help meet daily and weekly targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry loads of 4-5kg when handling products.
• Basic literacy in English to read labels and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and open perfume and cosmetic products to prepare for quality checks and repacking.
• Remove and replace labels and barcodes to maintain product information integrity.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products are undamaged and sellable.
• Repack items neatly to preserve luxury presentation for delivery to retail stores.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the decoding area.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols when handling delicate products.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
• Achieve daily and weekly decoding and repacking targets.

The client is a trading company located in Tampines West, Singapore, seeking a Quality Checkers to manage and support operations efficiently.

Job Summary

The Quality Checker Team ensures perfumes and cosmetics are accurately handled, labelled, quality-checked, and repacked to meet company and brand standards before distribution to retail outlets.

Responsibilities

• Receive and open perfume and cosmetic products following company procedures to prepare for quality checks and repacking
• Remove and replace labels and barcodes accurately to maintain product information integrity
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to confirm products are undamaged and meet sellable standards
• Repack items neatly to preserve luxury presentation for delivery to retail stores
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the decoding area to support efficient operations
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols while handling delicate products to ensure compliance
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the supervisor for resolution
• Achieve daily and weekly decoding and repacking volume targets to support distribution schedules

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to carry loads of 4-5kg as part of handling products safely (when needed)
• Basic literacy in English to read product labels and follow instructions accurately

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Secondary education (O Level or equivalent)
• Ability to work carefully with delicate and luxury products to maintain quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions

Other Information

• Work location: Tampines West warehouse/operations facility
• Work schedule: 5.5 days per week with possible extended hours as needed
• Salary: Up to $1800 per month
