Job summary

The GMP Group in Singapore is seeking quality control personnel to conduct inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include documenting inspection results and supporting investigation of defects.

The role requires 1–2 years in quality control, basic computer literacy, and strong English communication. You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with rotating shifts and standards that promote safety and 5S organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in quality control, manufacturing, production, or a related environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to use measurement and testing equipment, including torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders where required.
• Good communication skills in English, as English is the primary working language.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product inspections and quality checks in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.
• Assist in failure analysis, investigation, and reporting of product defects and non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality documentation requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Comply with all workplace safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Work on rotating shifts as required (mandatory).

• Basic Salary Range: SGD 2,500 – 3,500/month

• Working Hours: 8am - 8pm (Day Shift) / 8pm - 8am (Night Shift)
• Fixed Sunday Rest Day
