Job summary

TempServ Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to develop and maintain QA processes across warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.

You will audit SOPs, monitor KPIs, and lead CAPA initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost quality and customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Excel and BI tools is preferred, with exposure to ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA, audit processes, and SOP compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI/Tableau/WMS/ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
