Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Assurance Pharmacist in Singapore to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold GMP standards.

You will act as the primary contact for controlled substances, oversee audits, and support quality assurance activities within the operations team. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and at least one year of relevant experience, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail to drive investigations, document reviews,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) or equivalent recognized by SPC.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Pharmacist.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for operations related to Controlled Drugs, including audits and key performance indicators.
• Ensure the compliance of receipt, storage, checking, distribution, and disposal of Controlled Drugs with operational and regulatory standards.
• Function as the Authorized Person or Delegated Authorized Person for the final release of repacked therapeutic products.
• Support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) related activities and assist in quality assurance processes.
• Review quality assurance documents and manage weekly environmental monitoring logs, addressing any excursions.
• Create and update training materials, providing necessary training for team members.
• Participate in investigations and report writing for nonconformities and medication errors.
• Assist in the development and review of quality and environmental standard operating procedures.
• Engage in sustainability initiatives and carbon footprint tracking.
• Perform additional tasks as required by management.
