Job summary

HWA International School PTE. LTD. seeks a QA Executive to lead development, monitoring and review of QA procedures, ensuring accurate recording and storage of QA records and documentation, and providing administrative support to the QA structures.

The role requires autonomous work, direction to colleagues, and effective communication. You will support QA activities, manage QA literature and reports, and liaise with Academic team to manage Curriculum in SMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2 years QA or related experience.
• Self-motivated, versatile and result-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and effective written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Support QA and enhancement activities throughout the School.
• Produce QA literature, reports and other documentation.
• Prepare executive summaries for management and audiences.
• Liaise with Academic team to manage Curriculum in SMS.
• Act as Secretary to EXCO board/committees.
• Provide staff training on QA procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of programme schedules and review dates.
• Assist with student support matters.
