Job summary

JMS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a QA Supervisor to oversee daily QA operations, optimize efficiency through planning, and ensure quality records are accurate. The role includes updating QA procedures and coordinating with stakeholders for inquiries and corrective actions.

It also involves calibrating equipment, training QA staff, and reporting any quality-related incidents to leadership. This position requires a degree in science/engineering and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science/Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Access.
• Data analysis with QC tools and statistics.
• Familiar with ISO 13485 / ISO 9001.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Entry level candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA operations and optimize efficiency through proper planning.
• Review and approve quality records and documents.
• Plan and execute quality objectives, projects, and procedures.
• Update QA procedures and specifications.
• Analyze quality results and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with related parties on inquiries and complaints.
• Calibrate QA equipment and verify calibration status.
• Train QA Inspectors and Supervisors.
• Identify training needs for staff.
• Report incidents affecting quality to supervisors.
