Job summary

Jumbo Group of Restaurants in Singapore is seeking a QA Assistant/Executive to grow with us. You will assist in implementing HACCP and ISO 22000 programs across Central Kitchen and outlets, and help train staff on SOPs, food hygiene, and handling techniques.

You will support QA testing, product development, conduct inspections, investigate feedback from customers and outlets, ensure SOP adherence, and liaise with vendors and contractors on food safety and QA matters.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field.
• Preferably 3 years of QA experience in the F&B industry.
• Able to write and converse well in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation and management of HACCP & ISO 22000 in Central Kitchen & outlets.
• Train staff in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene and handling techniques.
• Assist in QA testing programme and new product development.
• Conduct regular inspections.
