Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA and QMS initiatives across precision manufacturing. You will ensure ISO 9001 compliance, oversee CAPA, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience with CMM and precision measurement, and the ability to start immediately or on short notice. Jurong East-based on-site position with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Relevant QA management experience in manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS requirements.
• Hands-on experience with CAPA and corrective action processes.
• Good knowledge of CMM and precision measurement.
• Experience in the medical, semiconductor, or aerospace industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of precision manufacturing and quality control.
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Review and manage CAPA, corrective actions, and quality improvement activities.
• Investigate quality issues and oversee root cause analysis and corrective measures.
• Manage quality standards across precision manufacturing operations.
• Oversee internal and external quality audits.
• Review quality documentation, inspection reports, and audit records.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Oversee CMM and precision measurement activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and systems.
