Job summary

ECSAL Technologies PTE. LTD. seeks a documentation coordinator to prepare, review, and maintain technical records for internal and external requests. You will translate equipment manuals between English and Chinese and ensure traceability of engineering documents.

The role requires a diploma/degree in engineering with at least two years in semiconductor contexts and strong communication skills. Candidates should be meticulous, able to multitask, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor industry.
• English and Chinese proficiency is advantageous for liaison and translation tasks.
• Hands-on in managing parts return analysis with other departments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive working attitude and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internships or projects coordination experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and review technical documentation, data, specifications and procedures to support internal requirements and external requests.
• Prepare and compile equipment manuals and perform simple translation in Chinese and English.
• Support warranty parts return documentation with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate and arrange chemical samples with external laboratories for testing.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and traceability of technical records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet documentation requirements and submissions to external parties.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and management.
