Job summary

TDCX Talent Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Control Executive to lead site inspections and documentation audits for our facility projects.

You will verify contractor work, track defects, and support Authority audits to ensure timely closure and compliance with standards. A Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Building Services and a minimum of 3 years in facilities management are required; ISO 9001/41001 knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Building Services.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent quality site inspections on completed works to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform documentation audits and verify records thoroughly for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct compliance checks to assess adherence to maintenance standards and contractual requirements.
• Track defects, findings, and corrective actions, ensuring proper documentation and timely closure.
• Support Authority audits and surveillance programs by preparing and providing necessary information.
• Verify the quality of work performed by contractors and vendors to maintain project standards.
• Monitor and ensure timely closure of defects and audit observations to uphold quality assurance.
