Job summary

HEXACON CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance & Quality Control professional to lead QA/QC procedures on our civil projects in Singapore. The role focuses on inspections, documentation, and ensuring workmanship meets project specifications and regulatory requirements.

You will prepare ITPs, NCR/CAR, and weekly quality reports, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, and drive continuous quality improvements while maintaining compliance with BCA standards,

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
2–5 years QA/QC experience in construction (main contractors preferred).
Strong knowledge of BCA standards, CONQUAS, Quality Mark, and Singapore construction codes.
Familiar with ISO 9001, inspection procedures, and material quality requirements.
Good communication and ability to work with site and project teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation.
Conduct material inspections, method statement reviews, and ensure works meet specs and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and carry out ITPs, checklists, and quality-related forms.
Perform site inspections with consultant, client representatives, and subcontractors.
Ensure construction activities comply with BCA, MOM, and relevant regulatory requirements.
