Job summary

RMR International Private Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced Quality Assurance professional to develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across projects. You will lead inspections, coordinate with PMs, clients, and suppliers, review test reports and NCRs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and local regulations.

Candidates should have 5+ years in QC/QA, relevant degree, and strong documentation skills; auditing

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant quality control or quality assurance experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or M&E projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
• Familiar with Singapore regulations, industry codes, technical standards, and authority requirements.
• Experience in preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, audit reports, and NCRs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality-management documentation.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities
