Job summary

Trinity Consulting Services PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced test engineer to join the team in a banking/financial services environment, leveraging AI-powered tools to boost productivity and problem-solving capabilities.

You will work with Selenium/Java, Python, Git, Jenkins, GitLab Runner, and SQL-based testing, evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and security while exploring automation opportunities within existing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a test engineer in banking/financial services.
• Proven ability to use AI-powered tools to boost productivity.
• Understanding AI/ML fundamentals and human-AI collaboration best practices.
• Experience evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, security, and alignment with business requirements.
• Ability to identify AI integration opportunities in workflows and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java; Python; Git; Jenkins/GitLab; SQL; REST API testing.

Job description

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Programming & Systems Analysis/Science (Computer Studies) faculties.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a test engineer, preferably in banking or financial services environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub, Copilot) to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including prompt engineering, model limitations, and best practices for human-AI collaboration
• Experience in evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, and alignment with business requirements
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation within existing workflows and processes
• Good hands-on experience in the following technologies:
  • Test automation: Selenium, Java
  • Programming/Scripting: Python, Java
  • Version control systems: Git
  • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab Runner or similar
  • Database: SQL (SQL Server or Oracle preferred)
  • API Testing: REST APItestingexperience
