We are seeking an accomplished Lead Engineer – Test Automation to drive the bank’s test automation strategy across high-impact digital and core banking initiatives. As part of a newly established team reporting to the Chief Architect, you will lead the development of scalable automation frameworks, mentor QA teams, and ensure delivery of secure, high-quality software across mission-critical systems.

• Expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, and Testing.
• Strong experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in API testing and automation, using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based testing environments, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of code versioning tools (e.g., Git), and test management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain high‑quality deliverables.
