AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a QS Manager (façade) in Tuas to lead cost control on façade projects.

The role covers cost estimation, budgeting, tender submissions and monitoring cost variations, with 5–8 years of QS experience and a Diploma/Degree in QS, Construction or Civil. You will review drawings, liaise with project teams, prepare cashflow forecasts, and negotiate final accounts with clients and subcontractors, supporting timely progress and compliant reporting under a

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in QS, Construction/Civil with 5-8 years experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret architectural, structural and façade shop drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, and quantities.
• Review drawings, tender docs & monitor costs.
• Prepare budgets, cashflow forecasts and cost reports.
• Prepare tender submissions, quotations and cost proposals.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare cost comparisons and assist in subcontractor/supplier selection.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tender submission & assist administer contracts matters.
• Prepare and follow-up on progress claims, payment applications and variation orders.
• Maintain proper records of contractual documents, measurements and cost-related correspondence.
• Preparing and negotiating final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Liaise with Project Manager/engineer/consultant/subcontractors/suppliers on quantity/cost-matters.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings, specifications and contract documents.
