Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or tendering; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Quick learner and willingness in exploring new skill sets/technologies.

Responsibilities

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.
Develop accurate cost estimates and conduct detailed cost analyses for various construction projects.
Measure quantities and compile Bills of Quantities (BQ) for tender submissions.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and timely procurement.
Prepare tender packages including pre-qualification docs, clarifications, evaluations, and reports.
